Dysbiosis and small bowel bacterial overgrowth are complications that are seen in patients with gastrointestinal illness, especially those with surgical resections. The diagnosis of the overgrowth can be difficult to diagnose, and typical testing like breath tests are not as reliable given the patient's altered and shortened anatomy. This webinar aims to provide up-to-date information on the diagnosis and treatment of bacterial overgrowth, along with its effects and potential risk factors.
